My students generally don’t enjoy their letter and phonics activities very much, but they loved this one. After all who doesn’t like Legos? After building the letter, they filled out the recording sheets, then compare there’s did those of their classmates. The students will sometimes asked to use the task cards and Legos for inside recess.

These cards are amazing! They are creative and engage my student who is on the spectrum and loves Legos! He has absolutely no problem with working on his letter sounds when he gets to build letters with Legos!

The huge variety of ways to practice letters and numbers is amazing! My students loved trying to copy the letters/numbers with the various materials. I like that there are written response pages available with many of the activities as well. The very hands on ways to practice are great for students who are struggling with number/letter identification, yet they are also engaging for students who know letters and numbers. These students tended to extend the challenge on their own to spelling words with the letters they made and adding or sequencing the numbers.
